Work Location: Memo Arts Centre office in Barry
Salary: £24,500, (pro-rata)

Join us in making MAC a welcoming space for creativity, connection, and celebration.
We’re looking for a creative and proactive Engagement Co-ordinator to lead dynamic marketing
campaigns that promote our venue, events, and deepen community and audience engagement.
This role suits someone passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and audience development.
You’ll play a key role in driving ticket sales and revenue through innovative engagement and marketing
strategies, both digital and traditional, while enhancing MAC’s visibility and connections.

Key Skills:
– Excellent organisational and communication skills
– Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
– Passion for the arts, communication, and community engagement

Café/Bar Staff 

Join the Memo’s café/bar team and help us to give a great welcome to our guests.

A mature attitude, a friendly nature and a natural gift for hospitality is essential. We’re looking for confident, reliable people with previous experience in similar roles. You’ll be a trusted team player with the energy and positive attitude needed for a busy bar shift.

Ideal candidates for the Memo’s Bar Staff will have a great work ethic, and would be aged 18+
