You can book your tickets online through our website at https://memoartscentre.co.uk/whats-on/
If you can’t find the event that you’re looking for on the What’s On page, you can search for it using the filters or the search bar. Once you’ve found the event, click the Buy Tickets button to select the event and purchase your tickets.
If you have an online account with us already, you’ll be able to log in. If not, you’ll need to set one up. Please be aware that the email address your account is linked to is the one that we will use to send your order confirmation and e-tickets.
If you’d rather purchase your tickets directly from our Box Office, you can pop into the venue during our opening hours (Monday-Wednesday, 10:00-15:00) and a member of staff will be on hand to help process your order.
You can call us on 01446 738622 during our phone opening hours (Thursday-Friday, 10:00-15:00). A member of our team will then be able to process your order.
You can also use this number to contact us if you have any questions or queries regarding events, tickets, venue access, etc.
If our phone lines are busy, please email us your query and a member of our team will get back to you.
Our tickets are now digital, and we will send a confirmation email with your e-tickets linked as a PDF.
When you arrive at the theatre all you need to do is open your emails, and show us your smartphone displaying your e-tickets. If you can make sure that the screen brightness is all the way up as this helps the scanners read the QR code.
If you are unable to use a smartphone for your e-tickets, you can print off your ticket at home and a member of our Front of House team will scan the QR code for you as you enter the auditorium.
What if I don’t have an email address? Don’t worry, Box Office can issue physical tickets.
I have lost my e-tickets and/or the printed version. What do I do? Please check your junk folders and any other email address you may use. If you still can’t find our email, please contact Box Office immediately so they can re-issue a new e-ticket as soon as possible.
Reductions and concession rates are available on most events for over 60’s, U16’s, and people with disabilities.
