It’s easy to book your tickets on our website. Simply head over to the What’s On page to find your show and select ‘Book’. Tickets will be issued as E-Tickets directly to your email.

Book by phone or in person

You can book your tickets by popping in to our Box Office or calling us on 01446 738622. An answer machine service is in operation during out of office hours, and when the Box Office is busy.

Box Office and Reception are open to the public at these times on the phone or in person:

Monday 9am – 3pm phone

Tuesday 9am – 3pm phone and 10am – 3pm in person

Wednesday 9am – 3pm phone and 10am – 3pm in person

Thursday 9am – 3pm phone and 10am – 3pm in person

Friday 9am – 3pm phone

Reductions & Concession Rates

Reductions and concession rates are available on most events for over 60’s, U16’s, and people with disabilities.

Hynt cardholders are entitled to a ticket free of charge for a personal assistant or carer. To check whether you, or the person you care for, are eligible visit Hynt and apply online. Alternatively, call into the Box Office for an application form.

Gift Vouchers

Our gift vouchers are perfect for any occasion: birthdays, anniversaries, wedding or Christmas presents or just to say thanks to a friend.

Ticket amendments

If you want to change your current tickets there will be a charge of £2 for each amendment.

Refunds and Exchanges

We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the event is cancelled. In the unlikely event of a cancellation the face value of the ticket will be refunded or exchanged.

Latecomers Policy

Latecomers will be admitted during a suitable break or interval. For certain shows, latecomers may be refused admission.
