Outreach

The Memo Arts Centre’s outreach and education programme is delivered in both English and Welsh.

The programme develops relationships, attracting young people and engages with schools and community groups in Barry, the Vale catchment area, and schools from Cardiff and Bridgend.

Past funding from Ffilm Cymru funding has supported our specialised films for young audiences. Grants have enabled the Memo to provide additional opportunities for education and participatory engagement, and subsidised affordable cinema for young people, alongside additional screenings to support the needs of the curriculum.
