Hello to all ticket holders!
We hope you are looking forward to visiting the Memo to attend BillBoard Ensemble’s Christmas Pantomime – it’s been such a long time!
Whilst we are very excited to be welcoming you back, we need to advise you of some important house rules and protocols before you attend.
Please do not attend the Memo Arts Centre if you are showing any signs or symptoms of Covid-19.
All audience members should enter and leave via the CENOTAPH ENTRANCE, queuing along Gladstone Road, with passes and e-tickets ready.
Doors open ONE HOUR before the show starts – please arrive in good time, as we must ask all audience members aged 18+ to provide their Covid-19 status.
Covid-19 status can be demonstrated in the following ways:
You can register for a COVID Pass on the NHS website here. Lateral flow tests are free and can be ordered online here.
Please allow plenty of time to access and download your NHS Covid Pass. The digital pass is valid for 30 days only.
For the further information, please visit Welsh Government’s website
Access will be denied, with no refunds, for failure to produce a Pass or accepted alternative.
Once you have been checked through, please have your e-tickets ready and take note of your allocated seats. The café bar (card only, no cash) will be open before and during the interval, but please make your way to your allocated seats as soon as possible.
Hand sanitiser is provided throughout the venue, please use this upon entry, and continue to social distance once inside.
We kindly ask that everyone over the age of 11 to wear face masks -unless exempt – at all times, including during the performance. Masks are to only be removed whilst eating/drinking.
If you have any questions, please contact our Box Office and Events Team.
We hope that, despite all these restrictions, you enjoy the show – thank you for supporting BillBoard Ensemble and the Memo Arts Centre.
