Changes to our Booking Terms

We’ve made some temporary changes to our Booking Terms

Tickets

All tickets need to be purchased prior to the event, there will be no tickets available on the door. We’ll send you an e-mail with your booking confirmation and information attached. You don’t have to print or display them – a member of staff of volunteer can also admit you by name.

Cancellations & Refunds

It’s important to us that you have confidence when booking your tickets with us. For a limited period we are changing our refund policy in response to the Covid-19 outbreak – this will make our tickets more flexible if you’ve received a positive test or have been asked to isolate.

In line with Welsh Government guidance, if theatres and cinemas are required to see an NHS Covid Pass or proof of a negative Lateral Flow Test within the last 48 hours, we will introduce this requirement for all ticket holders at live and cinema events. There will be no refunds for failure to produce a Pass or proof of a negative LFT.

Ticket Holder Options

The following options are available for those with tickets to events and activities scheduled after 15 November 2021*

  • Re-Issued tickets – for your event on a new date if the event is postponed (where this has been possible, if not see refunds below)
  • Credit Voucher added to your Memo account – which can be used for any event in the future (valid for 365 days**)
  • Donation – you can elect to donate the full or partial cost of your tickets to the Memo Arts Centre Development Fund to help support our charity during this challenging time

* As restrictions change, we will extend this dateline accordingly

** Any credit not used after 365 days have elapsed will go to the Memo Arts Centre Development Fund

Refunds will only be issued if we are forced to cancel an event and are unable to reschedule to an alternative date
