Our lovely venue is situated in the heart of Barry, as the largest multi-arts venue in the Vale of Glamorgan, we believe we are more than a theatre with 4K digital cinema, we are a crucial hub open for all in our local community and those beyond.
We are known as a friendly and accessible place, a place to come to see shows and cinema, explore local heritage, be creative, experience, participate, produce, celebrate, work, and most of all relax and enjoy.
Our venue complex includes; a large theatre with the capacity to seat 856, (standing concert 1300), with two large multi-purpose spaces with an audience capacity for 200 and 100, with smaller spaces, social spaces with bars / café that support our programme and hire activity.
We present professional touring theatre companies, live music, cinema, dance, comedy and host many amateur theatre and community events. Alongside our entertainment programme we pride ourselves in delivering a diverse and engaging hires and community programme.

- We are an independent Registered Charitable Incorporated Organisation
- All our earned income is used to support the venue and its extensive programme
- We welcome over 100,000 visitors to the building every year
- We generate nearly 65% of our income through box office and bar sales, fundraising and our resource and facility hires
- We inspire the local community to get creative with over 20,000 children engaging in our shows and projects every year
All of this helps us achieve our mission to be THE venue for arts, entertainment and creativity in the Vale of Glamorgan.
